Oberer Management Services Announce New Vice President of Property Management

DAYTON, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oberer Management Services, a division of Oberer Companies, is announcing their new Vice President of Property Management, Russell Lykes.

Mr. Lykes joins the team with over 31 years of property management experience. With Mr. Lykes’ extensive background, he will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Multi-Family Property Management Services, including the operational and asset performance of the wholly-owned and third-party managed portfolio consisting of apartments and Homeowners Associations.

Prior to joining Oberer Companies, Russell built his career in Real Estate at Hills Property Management and Village Green Management Company, where he most recently held the position of Senior Vice President for multi-family property management, where he had asset and property management responsibility for a multifamily portfolio consisting of 22 communities.

Mr. Lykes has also been a longstanding member of both the Greater Cincinnati Northern Kentucky Apartment Association, as well as the Greater Dayton Apartment Association in various roles, including President, Vice President, and Board of Directors.
