Medallia Chief Product Officer Sarika Khanna previewed the new platforms in her technology keynote today at Experience 21.
Medallia recognized the need to enable mid-size brands to compete against larger corporations with entire departments dedicated to understanding and optimizing the full customer experience. After successfully piloting the all-in-one solution with more than 100 hospitality brands, Medallia Go is generally available for property management and hospitality companies, with future expansion to include tailored offerings for additional industries such as credit unions, business and professional services, and healthcare.
