Touchdown! MCR Purchases the Homewood Suites by Hilton Dallas/Allen in the Football Capital of Texas

This is no trick play: The nation’s 4th-largest hotel owner-operator acquires the Homewood Suites by Hilton Dallas/Allen in Texas.

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Clear eyes, full hearts, can’t lose! MCR — the country’s 4th-largest hotel owner-operator — has acquired the 114-room Homewood Suites by Hilton Dallas/Allen.

The all-suite hotel is in the growing Allen suburb just 30 minutes from downtown Dallas, Dallas Fort Worth International Airport and Dallas Love Field Airport. If you’re ready to get back to a football-filled season, the Dallas/Allen area is an ideal place to visit.

In town to cheer on — or compete against — the Allen High School football team? The hotel is less than a 10-minute drive from the famed $60 million Eagle Stadium, where 18,000 fans witnessed the Allen High School Eagles soar to the No. 10 spot in the U.S. and become three-time high school football state champions.

Whether you’re the quarterback, a receiver or just a fan, you’ll find that the Homewood is unbeatable when it comes to accommodations. Need to fuel up before the big game? The complimentary buffet breakfast is a great way to regain your strength every morning. Working on those long passes? Head to the sun-drenched outdoor pool for a splashy game of catch. Don’t forget to fit in that late-night workout at the hotel’s fitness center, open until midnight.

After a long day, head back to your spacious suite to study your team history, cook up some Tex-Mex in the full kitchen or stream Friday Night Lights with free in-room Wi-Fi. Or — if you’re feeling chatty — mingle and enjoy drinks and light bites at the complimentary evening social from Monday through Thursday.

While in the area, be sure to check out Allen’s parks and playgrounds, including Hydrous Wake Park, where the adventurous can practice their form. Looking for more entertainment? The Allen Event Center hosts concerts and sporting events, while the Allen Premium Outlets boasts more than 120 shops — wear comfortable shoes!

If office time is part of your game plan, each suite is equipped with a well-lit workspace, super-fast Wi-Fi and plenty of outlets. Corporate traveler? Bring the office to you and host a meeting in the 750-square-foot event space. Our prime location on Route 75 is a short drive to the corporate offices of Peloton, Samsung, Transamerica, Experian, NETSCOUT, WatchGuard Video and more.
