PORTLAND, Ore.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Standard Insurance Company (The Standard) has promoted Lara Robertson to second vice president of Talent Management. In her expanded role, Robertson will assume responsibility for the company’s Change Management Office, a strategic effort to increase employee agility and change readiness as the company seeks to continuously deliver increasing value to customers by exceeding their evolving needs.
