OMAHA, Neb.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--(BRK.A; BRK.B) – Berkshire Hathaway will hold its 2021 Annual Shareholders Meeting on Saturday May 1, 2021 beginning at 1:30 p.m. eastern time. As previously announced, we will not be able to allow shareholders to physically attend the meeting. However, the meeting and a pre-meeting show beginning at 12:30 p.m. eastern time will be streamed live on the Internet by Yahoo and can be accessed at https://finance.yahoo.com/brklivestream.
