Procore Appoints HubSpot CFO Kate Bueker to its Board of Directors

Technology Veteran Brings a Wealth of Experience to Support Procore’s Next Phase of Growth

CARPINTERIA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Procore Technologies, Inc., a leading provider of construction management software, today announced the appointment of Kate Bueker to its Board of Directors.

Bueker is the Chief Financial Officer of HubSpot (NYSE: HUBS), the customer relationship management (CRM) platform for scaling companies. She has held this position since June 2018.

Prior to Akamai, Kate spent almost a decade in investment banking at The Blackstone Group, UBS, Credit Suisse, and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette.
