Jabil Announces Pricing of $500 Million Aggregate Principal Amount of 1.700% Senior Notes Due 2026

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jabil Inc. (NYSE: JBL) (“Jabil”) today announced the pricing of its offering of $500 million aggregate principal amount of its 1.700% Senior Notes due 2026 (the “Offering”). Jabil anticipates that the closing of the Offering will occur on April 14, 2021, subject to customary closing conditions. Jabil intends to use the net proceeds from the Offering for general corporate purposes, including the repayment of its $300.0 million term loan facility.
