Accomplished Industry Advisor Christopher Goodhue Joins IDC as Vice President, CIO Strategy & Executive Advisory Services

Industry veteran to support CIOs and IT leaders with forward thinking advisory research and services and advanced peer engagement strategies

NEEDHAM, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--International Data Corporation (IDC) today announced Christopher Goodhue joins as Vice President, CIO Strategy & Executive Advisory Services. In this role, Goodhue will be responsible for defining a compelling and actionable agenda that provides CIOs and IT leaders practical advisory services and peer engagements to better respond to the rapidly changing IT landscape. As an advocate and champion for the CIO role within the CIO Executive Council, IDC, and the industry, Goodhue will support both the CIO Executive Council and its services as well as IDC's Executive Advisory Services.

Previously, Goodhue held leadership roles at Gartner and AMR Research, helping to conceive, develop, and deliver some of the IT industry's highest value research, advisory services, and executive programs. Recognized for building high-performance teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments, Goodhue will work to enhance and expand IDC's existing offerings, deliver forward thinking advisory research and client services, and effectively engage with the IT community to attract the next generation of CIOs.
