IRVING, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Salem Media Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: SALM) announced today that it will host its 2021 annual meeting of stockholders virtually due to the public health impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and to prioritize the health and well-being of meeting participants.
