The hybrid cloud data warehouse received highest possible score in performance features criterion

PALO ALTO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Yellowbrick Data, the world’s only modern data warehouse designed for unmatched performance and ultimate deployment flexibility, today announced that it was named as a contender in the Forrester Research, Inc., report, The Forrester Wave™: Cloud Data Warehouse, Q1 2021 report. The report evaluated 13 vendors based on 26 criteria, including performance features, scalability features, administration, data lake integration, and data loading.

“Customers like Yellowbrick’s low cost, integration with partners, geographic flexibility, ease of deployment, and good performance and scale. Top use cases include BI acceleration, customer intelligence, data warehouse modernization, real-time analytics, and data collaboration,” according to the report. “Yellowbrick’s self-healing feature allows the data warehouse to automatically recover from specific technical issues, reducing the risk of outages,” the report continues.

Yellowbrick received the highest possible score in the performance features criterion and the highest possible score in the support criterion. CEO Neil Carson said, “Yellowbrick’s unique high performance data warehouse and our company’s record of high customer satisfaction, high customer retention, and high NPS scores demonstrate our commitment to improving enterprise cloud data ecosystems.”

Yellowbrick continues to invest in innovations in performance and hybrid cloud deployments, making its data warehouse stand out in the industry. The company continues to outperform other vendors in raw performance metrics, price/performance, customer satisfaction, ease of deployment, and ease of management. Yellowbrick’s customers migrate from legacy and cloud-only platforms to the company’s hybrid cloud platform to achieve faster analytics performance and deployment flexibility.

“We believe being included in The Forrester Wave™ validates our obsessive focus on extreme performance,” explained Carson. “From our perspective, the inclusion underscores our drive to create the most flexible, price/performant data warehouse for any combination of public and private clouds.”
