MARYLAND HEIGHTS, Mo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Construction has started on the Maryland Heights Center for Cognitive Disorders. The 16-bed center will be the second venture of its kind in Missouri for National HealthCare Corporation (NYSE American: NHC).
