Ms. Miller will oversee the operational responsibilities for various clients, including physician groups and hospitals/facilities, as well as work as a liaison with clients, project managers, offshore project leaders and offshore operations directors and managers on behalf of the organization.

Miller has a Master of Business Administration degree, as well as a Master of Science degree in Data Analytics. Additionally, she is accredited as a Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA), as well as a Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) by the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA). She is also a Certified Clinical Documentation Specialist (CCDS) from the Association of Clinical Documentation Integrity Specialists (ACDIS).
