Kimco Realty Declares Common Stock Cash Dividend for First Quarter 2021

JERICHO, N.Y.--()--Kimco Realty Corp. (NYSE: KIM), one of North America’s largest publicly traded owners and operators of open-air, grocery-anchored shopping centers and mixed-use assets, today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.17 per common share, payable on March 24, 2021 to shareholders of record on March 10, 2021.
