MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Allianz Life Insurance Company of North America (Allianz Life) announced today it was named a 2021 Training Top 100 Company by Training magazine. They can also access recommendations for gaining exposure and experience related to the training topics, such as scheduling step-ins with subject matter experts or volunteering for hands-on experience.

The Training magazine Top 100 list is a worldwide ranking of organizations that have excellent employee training and development programs. The rankings are based on a number of different factors, including: financial investment in and corporate commitment to employee development, demonstrable results of learning programs, the scope of development, and how closely these efforts are linked to successfully achieving a corporate strategic goal.
