Morneau Shepell completes acquisition of SMG Health Pty Ltd

MELBOURNE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Morneau Shepell, a global wellbeing company, is pleased to announce today that it has completed the acquisition of all of the outstanding shares of SMG Health Pty Ltd through its LifeWorks business.
