Blue Vista Capital Management Hires Stephen Chase as Head of Client Capital

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Blue Vista Capital Management (“Blue Vista”), a leading Chicago-based real estate investment firm, today announced that Stephen Chase has joined as Managing Principal and Head of Client Capital. Based in New York, Mr. Chase will be responsible for overseeing the firm’s growing fundraising activities and assisting in new product development. He will also sit on the firm’s Management Committee.

Previously, Mr. Chase served as Managing Director of Investor Relations at AmCap, where he was responsible for business development and growing the firm’s institutional investment platform. Prior to that, he served as Managing Director at PCCP, where he was responsible for fundraising.
