Blue Vista Capital Management Establishes Asia Pacific Presence with Senior Appointment

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Blue Vista Capital Management, LLC (“Blue Vista”), a Chicago-based real estate investment management firm, today announced the appointment of Sei-Hyun Kwon as Head of Asia Pacific Region, marking the firm’s first formal on-the-ground presence in the region.

Based in Seoul, Mr. Kwon will work closely with Blue Vista’s global leadership team to support long-term engagement across the Asia Pacific region and to serve as a local point of contact for investment partners and industry stakeholders.

Mr. Kwon brings more than 14 years of experience in global real estate investment and capital markets. Prior to joining Blue Vista, he served as an Executive Vice President at IGIS Asset Management, South Korea’s largest real estate asset manager, where he focused on global real estate investments across the United States and Europe. Over the course of his career, Mr. Kwon has led investment and asset management activities totaling approximately USD 2.2 billion, encompassing global real estate investments, capital raising, and financing execution in collaboration with leading global general partners.
