NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--KKR & Co. Inc. (NYSE: KKR) announced today that it plans to release its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year 2020 on Monday, February 8, 2021, after the closing of trading on the New York Stock Exchange.
