Angels of Care Partners with All Care & All Kids Care

Transaction Represents the Company’s Expansion into Florida And Adds New Service Line

SHERMAN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Angels of Care, a leading and rapidly growing provider of home health services to pediatric patients with complex medical conditions, announced today the completion of a strategic partnership with All Care Home Nursing Services (“All Care”), and All Kids Care of Orange Park and All Kids Care of North Jacksonville (“All Kids Care”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 2014, All Care is an ACHC accredited pediatric home health agency providing skilled medical care for its patients in the home. All Kids Care, founded in 2016, provides services in a clinic-based setting through Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care (“PPEC”) facilities. Both companies are based in Jacksonville, FL.
