TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Varsity Communities has been awarded management of Campus Common, a 343-bed student housing residence centrally located at 50 Gerrard St. E., in the heart of Toronto’s university and college district.
This is Varsity’s second property management assignment from Blue Vista Capital Management LLC, the first being Unity Point in Kingston, Ontario. Together with OPTrust, one of Canada’s largest defined benefit pension plans, Secure Capital and Podium Developments partnered with Blue Vista on the transaction which closed on December 1, 2020.
