InterPrice Technologies, Inc. Forms a Diversity Firm Advisory Council

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--InterPrice Technologies, Inc., a woman-owned early-stage debt capital markets fintech platform, announces the formation of a diversity broker dealer advisory council. The council will consist of Academy Securities, CastleOak Securities, L.P., Ramirez & Co., Inc., R. Seelaus & Co., LLC, and Siebert Williams Shank.

“We are deeply committed to diversity and inclusion, and forming a network of diversity broker dealers to increase their prominence in transactions is an important step for us,” says Olga Chin, CEO of the company. “I am as excited as our corporate clients about being able to partner more with diversity firms through the use of our platform, and we hope to expand the group of diversity firms we work with in the near future.”

Annie Seelaus, the CEO of R. Seelaus & Co., LLC, commented: “Seelaus is thrilled to be working with InterPrice to bring about more engagement between corporations and diversity and inclusion firms in the capital markets. We applaud the thought leadership InterPrice has shown not only in the ground breaking offering of their platform and technology, but in recognizing the importance of promoting diversity and inclusion and acknowledging the value-add proposition that minority, women-owned, and service disabled veteran firms bring to this endeavor.”

Bob Hong, Managing Director in Capital Markets at Ramirez & Co., Inc., added: “Ramirez & Co. is proud to partner with InterPrice on this innovative use of technology to facilitate and enhance the capital markets dialogue between underwriters and issuers. In particular, we are impressed by the initiative that Olga and her team have shown in forming the diversity dealer council and in promoting diversity and inclusion as a central theme of their business. We are excited about the possibilities that this platform presents for the diverse broker dealer community and look forward to working with InterPrice Technologies and the other members of the council.”
