Rasmussen College Expands to New Market in Dallas, Texas, with Student Services Center

Services Center to provide localized admissions presence to Dallas-Fort Worth community

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Rasmussen College, a regionally accredited private college and early pioneer of online education, today announced the opening of a Student Services Center in Dallas. The new center will be the College’s first-ever location in Texas. It will provide the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) community with a localized admissions presence for access to Rasmussen College’s 40+ online programs across its seven schools of study.

The Dallas Student Services Center enhances the College’s ongoing commitment to provide innovative, career-focused education to learners in Texas. Students in the DFW area will continue to benefit from expert online instructors and innovative programming. Rasmussen’s dynamic curriculum teaches the hard skills needed to qualify for in-demand careers and nurtures the soft skills needed to succeed.

“The Dallas-Fort Worth area is one of the fasting growing communities in the country, and we are excited to bring our Rasmussen community there,” said Dr. Ann Leja, interim president, Rasmussen College. “Our focus is on defining a new generation of higher education that meets the evolving needs of the Dallas community through technology-driven education and modern workplace simulations. We believe there is great opportunity to create ideal learning and working environments for our community in Texas.”

Located at 5001 Lyndon B. Johnson Freeway, Suite 825, Dallas, TX 75244, the Student Services Center is in a popular area near the Galleria—providing easy access from all parts of the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area. While the services center is now complete, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all Dallas-based staff are serving students remotely.

“We understand that local matters—and while we cannot meet face-to-face right now, our team lives in the DFW area and they are eager to serve students,” said Sharon Richardson, director, Dallas Student Services Center. “Along with enrolling students, our local Dallas-based team is focused on establishing relationships with local businesses and community organizations. We look forward to strengthening the admissions experience, establishing community alliances and growing clinical and employer relationships in Dallas.”
