NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Goldman Sachs BDC, Inc. (the “Company”) (NYSE: GSBD) announced today that it has priced an offering of $500 million aggregate principal amount of 2.875% notes due 2026 (the “2026 Notes”). The 2026 Notes will mature on January 15, 2026 and may be redeemed in whole or in part at the Company’s option at any time at par plus a “make-whole” premium, if applicable.
The offering is subject to customary closing conditions, and the 2026 Notes are expected to be delivered on or about November 24, 2020.
The Company intends to use the net proceeds of this offering to pay down debt under its revolving credit facility.
