ECI Software Solutions Completes Acquisition of Shoptech Industrial Software

FORT WORTH, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ECI Software Solutions, a leader in cloud-based business management solutions, today announced that it has completed the acquisition of Glastonbury, CT-based Shoptech Industrial Software Corp., a provider of ERP software for job shops and made-to-order manufacturers. ECI previously announced, on September 9, that it signed a definitive agreement to acquire Shoptech, subject to regulatory approvals and other standard closing conditions. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Shoptech’s products help manufacturers better manage the complexities of their manufacturing operations, including quoting, scheduling, purchasing, shipping, and accounting, allowing them to run their businesses more efficiently and profitably. Shoptech will join ECI’s Manufacturing Division, which serves small- and medium-sized discrete manufacturers and job shops worldwide.
