TULSA, Okla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--HireRight, a leading provider of global employment background checks, drug testing, education verification and electronic Form I-9 and E-Verify solutions, has been recognized across four of HRO Today’s 2020 Baker’s Dozen Customer Satisfaction Ratings: Pre-Employment Screening.

Compiled each year, the ratings are based solely on feedback from buyers of the rated services. Feedback is collected annually through an online survey, which is distributed to buyers through the HRO mailing lists and through service providers. Rankings are analyzed across service breadth, deal sizes, and service quality.

For the second year in a row, HireRight was recognized as #1 in the categories of Enterprise Breadth of Service Leaders and Enterprise Size of Deal Leaders. Full rankings are as follows:
