Satterfield Paving Completes Purchase of Triangle Traffic Painting in Durham, N.C.
NAPLES, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Halstatt Legacy Partners, a lower-markets acquisition firm, today announced that portfolio company Satterfield Paving acquired Triangle Traffic Painting to bolster its suite of paving solutions. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
