The first session will be held on Wednesday, November 18 from 9:00-10:30 a.m. Entitled “Options to Raise Capital,” the session will explore a variety of topics, including: how private companies can raise capital; different methods of equity crowdfunding; opportunities for OTC companies to list on Nasdaq or the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), capture new investors, and raise new capital; mechanisms for small-cap and micro-cap companies to publicly raise capital; and what small-cap and micro-cap public companies can do to attract investors.
