STERLING, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Neustar, Inc., a global information services and technology company and leader in identity resolution today announced the winners of the ANA Genius Awards at this year’s virtual ANA Masters of Marketing Week conference.
The eighth annual ANA Genius Awards, presented by Neustar, is the most esteemed global awards program of its kind, recognizing the achievements of organizations for their demonstrable use of advanced marketing analytics to drive better business outcomes. Selected winners did an outstanding job demonstrating the role analytics played in improving results, including how marketing influenced ROI.
“We commend and congratulate this year’s Genius Awards winners - the often-unsung analytics and data science heroes behind successful marketing organizations,” says Brett House, Vice President, Marketing Solutions at Neustar. “Our mission at Neustar is to help clients shape a better marketing and measurement future. The Genius Awards highlights the terrific marketing analytics and multi-touch attribution work great brands are doing to maximize the impact of their marketing investments.”
"Each year I’ve had the privilege to see improvement in the submissions,” says longtime Genius Awards judge, Gayle Fuguitt, former Chief of Customer Insight and Innovation at Foursquare, CEO at ARF, and VP, Global Consumer Insights at General Mills. “This year, especially, there were entries that showed new levels of innovation and enterprise-wide alignment and adoption for faster, better business decisions. Even more impressive was the sponsorship at senior levels in so many more companies, all the way to the C-suite, signaling strong support for easy-to-navigate dashboards and data platforms to drive real time decision-making.”
The 2020 ANA Genius Awards winners are:
- Marketing Analytics Adoption: Sam's Club
- Marketing Analytics Growth: Zillow
- Marketing Analytics Innovation: Fossil Group
- Marketing Analytics Storytelling: Longwood Gardens
The four ANA Genius Awards recipients each receive a $25,000 prize to be donated to a charity of their choosing. The winners were chosen by a respected panel of 12 industry experts representing top brands and platforms, consultancies, agencies and academia.
“It’s clear by the record number of entries for this year’s Genius Awards that even in this year of unprecedented challenges, organizations are investing heavily in data and analytics to optimize their advertising and marketing,” said ANA CEO Bob Liodice. “It’s an honor to award Sam’s Club, Zillow, Fossil Group, and Longwood Gardens for their demonstrable excellence in doing just that.”
“The impressive diversity of industries represented among all the entrants shows how widely analytics is being adopted across the marketing ecosystem and how critical it is now, more than ever, for organizations to produce measurable business outcomes that justify and optimize their marketing investments,” says Neustar President, Analytics Solutions, and 2020 Genius Awards judge, Ted Prince.
