Zayo Appoints Julie Tschida Brown as Chief People and Culture Officer

BOULDER, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Zayo Group Holdings, Inc., the global leader in Communications Infrastructure, announced the appointment of Julie Tschida Brown as Zayo’s Chief People and Culture Officer. In this role, Tschida Brown will oversee a comprehensive suite of human capital areas including community engagement, talent acquisition and development, diversity and inclusion, communications, business partners and people operations, benefits and compensation and real estate solutions. As a member of the Executive Leadership team, Ms. Tschida Brown will report directly to Zayo’s CEO, Dan Caruso.

Tschida Brown has over 20 years of expertise as a global leader, working with executive teams to develop comprehensive solutions across organizational transformation, merger and acquisition integration, executive and broad–based compensation, benefits, performance management, career development, succession planning, change management, HRIS and shared services. She joins Zayo from Transamerica where, as Chief People Officer, she led the Employee Experience team to drive the realization of business objectives and accelerate cultural transformation. Julie has also served in various executive and leadership positions at IHS Markit, Jacobs Engineering, Microsoft, Washington Group International (now AECOM) and Hewitt Associates (now AON).
