Stephens Hires Shelly Waters as Senior Vice President in the Industrial and Commercial Services Group within Investment Banking

LITTLE ROCK, Ark.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Stephens, an independent financial services firm, announced today the hiring of Shelly Waters as Senior Vice President in the Industrial and Commercial Services Group of its Investment Banking division. Mr. Waters will be based in Atlanta.

Mr. Waters brings to Stephens a track record of successfully advising and executing M&A and corporate finance transactions across the Business Services sector. There are strong tailwinds driving significant capital formation across these areas of the market, and Stephens will continue to expand its coverage of the Services space.
