AM Best to Lead Life/Annuity-Focused Session at The Insurance Summit

OLDWICK, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--AM Best will lead a session at The Insurance Summit, titled “Life Product and Risks,” on Wednesday, Sept. 16, 2020.

The Insurance Summit, which is themed as “Where Innovation Meets Regulation,” runs through Sept. 17, and is hosted by the National Association of Insurance Commissioners and the National Insurance Producer Registry. The event brings together a wide spectrum of insurance and regulatory participants, as well as industry innovators and other technology incumbents to discuss the future direction of insurance regulation.

Tom Rosendale, a senior director in AM Best’s life/health ratings division, will focus on life and annuity products during his session and the varying levels of solvency risks they present to life insurance companies. Rosendale holds more than 35 years of experience in the life insurance industry and manages a team of AM Best analysts responsible for the rating agency’s coverage of the North American and Caribbean life and annuity sector. The session begins at 2 p.m. (CDT).
