Installed Building Products Announces the Acquisition of Storm Master Gutters

– Acquisition Adds Approximately $20 Million of Annual Revenue –

COLUMBUS, Ohio--()--Installed Building Products, Inc. (the “Company” or “IBP”) (NYSE: IBP), an industry-leading installer of insulation and complementary building products, announced today the acquisition of Storm Master Gutters (“Storm Master”). Founded in 1977, Storm Master is headquartered in Cherry Hill, New Jersey and primarily provides gutter installation services to residential and multi-family customers throughout New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Massachusetts, Virginia, New York, West Virginia, and Tennessee.
