Martina Jimenez Sperry Opens Centurio Wealth in Atlanta

ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Martina Jimenez Sperry, a financial professional and leader with 25 years of experience, has opened Centurio Wealth, LLC—an independently owned wealth management firm that will focus on providing fee-based financial plans to individuals and businesses in Atlanta.

Jimenez Sperry is the newest managing partner associated with Securian Financial Services, a broker-dealer and registered investment advisory firm (Member FINRA/SIPC) offering a full range of financial services through a network of independent, locally owned firms and 1,100 affiliated financial professionals. Securian Financial will provide Centurio Wealth with resources, technology, products, expertise and professional development.

“Martina Jimenez Sperry is a proven leader and another strong addition to the Securian Financial family as we continue to grow our footprint in metro Atlanta and nationally,” said Tony Martins, Securian Financial’s vice president of career distribution. “Martina’s credentials and professional achievements—combined with her extensive work history with Atlanta’s burgeoning African American and Hispanic communities—make her the perfect person to launch a new firm.”

Jimenez Sperry started her financial services career in 1995 and most recently was an associate managing director with another large firm, where she led diversity recruiting efforts. She is fluent in Spanish and has spent much of her career working with the African American, Hispanic and female markets in metro Atlanta.

A graduate of the University of Georgia, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in drama, Jimenez Sperry holds FINRA Series 7, 24 and 66 securities registrations. She is a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) and Women in Insurance and Financial Services (WIFS). Jimenez Sperry currently serves on NAIFA’s Diversity and Inclusion Task Force. She is a past president of WIFS’ Atlanta chapter, which named her “Woman of the Year” in 2010.

“I am excited to open and lead a new firm dedicated to creating wealth for all and eliminating financial illiteracy,” said Jimenez Sperry. “I am actively recruiting financial professionals who are interested in joining a diverse and inclusive firm cultivated by people with expert talent and strong ethics.”

Centurio Wealth is located at Colony Square—1201 Peachtree Street NE, Building 400, Suite 200, Atlanta, GA 30361.
