Giants of Cancer Care® 2020 Awards Ceremony Will Be Held Virtually in November

Annual recognition program, which honors those who have made an impact on the lives of patients with cancer, to take place online

CRANBURY, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Because of global concern regarding the COVID-19 outbreak, OncLive® announces the Eighth Annual Giants of Cancer Care® awards ceremony will be held virtually on Thursday, Nov. 5, at 7.30 p.m. EST.

The Giants of Cancer Care® recognition program celebrates the achievements of leading researchers and educators whose discoveries have helped propel the field forward and established the building blocks for future advances.

Members of the Giants of Cancer Care® advisory board selected semifinalists from the hundreds of nominations submitted. A selection committee of more than 120 eminent oncologists then chose honorees from several types of tumor and specialty categories. The 2020 inductees will be announced in September.
