Heidi Pirela earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from McDaniel College in Westminster, MD and a Master’s in Public Administration (MPA) with a focus on Human Resource Management from the American University in Washington, D.C. Heidi is also certified with a Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) by the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI), the premier credentialing and learning organization for the human resources profession. Heidi is also certified by the Society of Human Resources Management with the designation of the Society of Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). Heidi holds a Certificate in Human Resources Management from George Mason University and a certification in Performance Management Innovation (PMI) from the Human Capital Institute (HCI).
