“Slate Retail REIT’s strong cash rent collections have continued in June, further demonstrating the resilience of our portfolio and the strength of our team,” said David Dunn, Chief Executive Officer of Slate Retail REIT. “We are encouraged by the progress that our markets have made with regards to reopening and as a result we expect to provide less frequent COVID-19 updates going forward.”
- As of June 24th, the REIT has collected 90% of June rents in cash and expects more cash collections by month end
- The REIT expects to substantially collect the remaining portion of June rents through immediate cash collection or deferral programs
