World Insurance Associates Acquires Millennium Medical Solutions Corp. of New York

TINTON FALLS, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--World Insurance Associates LLC (WIA), a Top 100 Insurance Agency, announced today that it acquired Millennium Medical Solutions Corp. of Armonk, NY, on June 1, 2020. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Millennium Medical Solutions Corp. is an employee benefits consulting boutique agency that specializes in commercial healthcare. Being licensed with multiple private lending carriers and public programs allows the company to put its clients first in finding the right fit.
