Global Upside Achieves ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 Certification

SAN JOSE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Global Upside (www.globalupside.com) announced that it been awarded certification for ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011, which is a service management system (SMS) standard.

The standard specifies requirements for service providers to plan, establish, implement, operate, monitor, review, maintain and improve an SMS. The requirements include the design, transition, delivery, and improvement of services to fulfill agreed service requirements.
