Mr. Kilgroe and his team previously managed $1.2 billion in client assets. Prior to launching Cyndeo Wealth Partners, Mr. Kilgroe worked at UBS.

Prior to launching Cyndeo Wealth Partners in 2020, Mr. Kilgroe ran advisory teams at Merrill Lynch and UBS Financial for 29 years. Providing guidance, counsel and strategy for families the firm serves is his passion. In addition to his role as an advisor, Mr. Kilgroe works in a leadership capacity for Cyndeo while also helping with business development.

Director Business Development
Mr. Frantzis’ financial services career began at Barnett Bank where he was a senior level executive for 16 years. In 2002, he joined Merrill Lynch and transitioned to UBS in 2012 along with other members of the Cyndeo team. He oversees the business development efforts at Cyndeo.
He lives in Lakeland, FL. Pete was a member of the SEC championship baseball team at Mississippi State University prior to completing his studies at the University of Tampa. His community work includes being a board member of the Central Florida Development Council, Young Life Ministries and Idols Aside Ministries.
Eric Branson CKA®
A former combat engineer in the US Army, Mr. Branson was honorably discharged as a Private First Class prior to entering the financial services industry. His career has led him to stints at Raymond James, Morgan Stanley and UBS prior to Cyndeo Wealth Partners.
A graduate of St. Petersburg College, Mr. Branson is involved with BSF Bible Study Fellowship, currently serving as a children’s supervisor. He also maintains the Certified Kingdom Advisor designation, which integrates technical expertise and biblically wise counsel. He is a past chair of the Suncoast Center for Community Health, past chair of PARC, and past president of All Children’s Hospital Foundation Development Council.
Vice President Wealth Management
Mr. Kidwell entered the financial services industry with Merrill Lynch in 2006 following a minor league baseball career where he played, coached and managed in the St. Louis Cardinals organization. He transitioned to UBS with other Cyndeo members in 2012. He maintains the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) designation and focuses on the retirement planning needs of high net worth clients as well as professional athletes.
Mr. Kidwell received his BA from Yale University in 1998 where he also captained the baseball team his senior year. In 2019, he was appointed by the Governor of Florida to the Board of Trustees at St. Petersburg College. He also serves on the Board of Directors for St. Petersburg Police Athletic League and the Northeast Little League.
Vice President - Financial Planning
Mr. Quinty’s financial services career began at Merrill Lynch in 2011 where he partnered with his father Dave Quinty. In 2013, Ryan transitioned to UBS joining other Cyndeo members. A Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Ryan spearheads the formal planning process for Cyndeo clients.
A biology major at the University of Florida, Ryan received his Bachelor of Science degree in 2010. He remains active at his alma mater working with the University of Florida Alumni Association. Ryan is also involved with the American Cancer Society.
Mr. Hess entered the financial services industry with UBS following a 13 year professional basketball career mostly in Europe. He works with Cyndeo clients on overall financial planning as well as being involved in the investment process. Part of his focus is working with professional athletes and the specialized issues they encounter before, during and after their careers.
An Academic All-American at the College of William and Mary, Adam received his BBA in Finance in 2004. He has been a regular writer for multiple basketball industry-related sites and has been involved with many youth basketball camps.
Mr. Johnson began his career at UBS in 2015 as a Wealth Planning Associate and transitioned to Financial Advisor in 2017. A basketball player in college at the University of West Florida, he enjoys working with professional athletes on all aspects of their financial lives. With his wealth planning background, he helps create plans for both athletes as well as high net worth clients of the firm.
He earned a BA at the University of West Florida and a master's degree in business from Ashford University’s Forbes School. He is active in the local community and especially enjoys volunteering his time at Skycrest Christian School’s basketball camps.

After several years in the banking industry, Mr. Lackore started at Merrill Lynch in 2006. He transitioned to UBS in 2012 along with other Cyndeo members. As Director of Operations, he oversees business operations and client based services including delivery of the client review program, calendar coordination and proposal generation. A graduate of the University of South Florida in Tampa, he has a BA in Business Administration.
