Eaton Ranks on 2020 Top 50 Employers List by Woman Engineer Magazine

CLEVELAND--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Power management company Eaton has earned a spot on the 29th annual Top 50 Employers list by Woman Engineer magazine. The Top 50 Employers list is by readers’ choice and will be featured in the magazine’s spring 2020 edition.

“Our aspirational goal is to be a model of inclusion and diversity – an environment where all employees feel welcomed and valued members of our team,” said Monica Jackson, vice president, global inclusion and diversity, Human Resources. “To be selected by engineering professionals and students is especially meaningful as more women are entering the workforce. It’s increasingly important for us to be an employer of choice for the talented women who offer the unique perspectives critical for accelerating our success in the future.”

The Top 50 Employers list is the result of an annual reader survey sent to randomly selected readers who chose the top companies in the U.S. that they would most like to work with or believe would provide a positive working environment for women. Woman Engineer is a career-guidance and recruitment magazine for qualified women in engineering, computer science and information technology professionals, as well as students.
