Three Sklar Kirsh Attorneys Selected as 2020 Rising Stars

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Top boutique law firm Sklar Kirsh LLP announced today that three of its attorneys – Serineh Baghdasarian, Simone Collins, and Louise Nutt – have been named to the 2020 Super Lawyers’ list of Rising Stars. Each year, no more than 2.5 percent of attorneys are selected by the research team at Super Lawyers to receive this distinction.

Serineh Baghdasarian, senior counsel in the Real Estate practice group was named to the Rising Stars – Southern California list by Super Lawyers for the fourth year in a row for her work in transactional real estate. Her experience includes representation of real estate private equity funds, developers, and institutional and non-institutional investors in all areas of transactional real estate and real estate finance.

Simone Collins, a partner in the Corporate practice group, was named a Rising Star for the third time for her work in mergers and acquisitions. Her practice focuses on M&A, joint ventures, equity financings and other complex investment and strategic business transactions. Collins has extensive experience advising private companies, private equity firms and their portfolio companies, business owners and investors with the structuring and negotiation of domestic and cross-border transactions.

Louise Nutt, an associate in the Litigation practice group, has been selected for the second year in a row for her work in business litigation. Her experience includes representing companies and individuals in various stages of civil litigation in state and federal court, including trial and appellate work.
