The updated presentation is being released ahead of investor meetings on June 12, 15 and 16, 2020. The presentation does not contain any new, material information on Superior’s operations, and provides a summary of the US$260 million (approximately C$350 million) equity investment (the “Brookfield Investment”) by Brookfield Asset Management Inc. (“Brookfield”) in Superior through the purchase of newly created perpetual exchangeable Series 1 Preferred Stock (the “Preferred Stock”) of a U.S. subsidiary of Superior (the “Superior Subsidiary”) on a private placement basis.
