Dynamic Husband & Wife Real Estate Team Bring Nearly 40 Years of Experience Back to the Company They Have Always Thought of as Family

CUPERTINO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Intero, a Berkshire Hathaway affiliate and wholly owned subsidiary of HomeServices of America, Inc., is proud to announce that John & Keli Kost are returning to Intero’s Willow Glen Office as REALTORS®. In addition, John will also be assisting COO and Managing Officer, Joe Brown, with recruiting and transaction support for one of the company’s top Silicon Valley offices.

John is a Bay Area native, growing up in the Almaden Valley region of San Jose and later in Morgan Hill. He obtained his real estate license in 1996 and had the opportunity to learn the business from his father, RC Kost, more popularly known as “The King of Willow Glen.” John has sold over 700 homes totaling more than $450 million dollars in sales volume. Over 600 of the houses he’s sold are located in the Willow Glen neighborhood of San Jose.

John founded and managed the Willow Glen Agents Tour Group from 2000-2006. Prior to coming back to Intero, John was with Sereno Group. Before that, he was with the Intero Willow Glen Office from 2007-2015 and was the general sales manager at RE/MAX from 2006-2007.

John is partnered with his high school sweetheart, Keli. John and Keli dated back in the 80’s and were reunited after 25 years apart. They were married in 2017.

Keli was also born and raised in San Jose and moved to Morgan Hill in her sophomore year of high school. Prior to her real estate career, Keli spent 32 years in the medical field, specializing in emergency medicine and plastic surgery. She became a REALTOR® in 2006, starting her career with the Intero Saratoga office. In 2007, she moved to the Modesto area and specialized in foreclosures and short sales. In 2011, Keli moved back to San Jose and was working in the Intero Willow Glen Office.

Between John and Keli, they have nearly 40 years of real estate experience and also hold current real estate licenses in Hawaii and Idaho. They specialize in the Willow Glen, Morgan Hill and South San Jose areas.
