STRATFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Athletic Brewing Company has seen such huge community enthusiasm for their COVID-19 relief efforts that they are extending and increasing their initial target. What started out as a 10% donation on all online sales for a 10-weeks-campaign will now keep going until they reach $100,000.

The money will be destined to The Restaurant Employee Relief Fund, that uses 100% of the donations collected to provide grants. Restaurant industry employees experiencing unemployment and other financial hardships in the wake of COVID-19 will directly benefit from these resources.

The Restaurant Employee Relief Fund was created to help restaurant industry employees experiencing extraordinary hardship in the wake of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) outbreak. Through this Fund, grants will be made to restaurant industry employees who have been impacted by COVID-19, including a decrease in wages or loss of employment.
