Wealth Managers Brian Zakrocki and Joseph Wladyka Join First Republic in New York

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--First Republic Bank (NYSE:FRC), a leading private bank and wealth management company, today announced that senior wealth managers Brian Zakrocki and Joseph Wladyka have joined First Republic Investment Management in New York.

Zakrocki and Wladyka each have been appointed Managing Director and Wealth Manager. They will provide holistic wealth management solutions, including trust and estate planning, philanthropic giving and investment management advice, to individuals, families, nonprofits and private family foundations.

Zakrocki has 18 years of wealth management experience. Prior to joining First Republic, he was a Managing Director, Top Advisor and a member of the Advisor’s Council at Goldman Sachs. Previously, he was an auditor for Arthur Andersen. He provides holistic wealth management solutions to families and foundations. He serves as an investment committee member for The Binghamton University Foundation and Kellenberg Memorial High School, and is an active member of The Economic Club of New York. Zakrocki graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Binghamton University and earned his MBA, with honors, from New York University Stern School of Business.

Wladyka has 16 years of wealth management experience. Since 2004, he has been a Senior Private Wealth Advisor at Goldman Sachs. He works with clients to develop and implement customized investment strategies to help them meet their financial goals. He is a board member of Shore to Help, a nonprofit organization that raises funds for local charities and families in need. Wladyka graduated magna cum laude with a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.
