ST. CATHARINES, Ontario--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Algoma Central Corporation (“Algoma” or the “Company”) (TSX:ALC), a leading supplier of marine transportation services, held its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (the “Meeting”) on May 6, 2020. Each of the matters set out below were voted upon at the Meeting and are described in greater detail in the Company’s Management Information Circular dated March 7, 2020, available online at www.algonet.com/investor-relations and on www.sedar.com.
