(the “Company”) (Nasdaq: RBNC), the parent company for Reliant Bank, announced today that it has postponed its conference call to discuss first quarter results due to a network outage at the conference call provider. The call was originally scheduled for Tuesday, April 28, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. Central Time.
The company will announce the revised time and date for the first quarter conference call as soon as it can be rescheduled with the conference call provider.
The Company issued its first quarter’s results on Monday, April 27, 2020 and a copy of the release is available on the Company’s website at www.reliantbank.com under the tab for "Investor Relations."
