Wolters Kluwer’s ELM Solutions Enhances Consulting Partner Certification Program

Customized Certification Program Bolsters Customer Support and Implementations

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Wolters Kluwer ELM Solutions, the market-leading provider of enterprise legal spend and matter management, contract lifecycle management, and legal analytics solutions today announced enhancements to the Wolters Kluwer ELM Solutions Consulting Partner Certification Program. The expanded program is tailored to each consulting partner, providing it with extensive knowledge and skills to support and implement our solutions.

The ELM Solutions Consulting Partner Certification Program, developed and deployed by our exclusive Learning Institute, brings together a global network of highly skilled and experienced service professionals that can provide guidance and expertise to meet customers’ Enterprise Legal Management technology needs. This exclusive program is customized based on a consulting partner’s desired objectives for its business and resources and offers Certified Partners ongoing training, exclusive webinars and sales and marketing support to maximize their business opportunities.

“Wolters Kluwer is focused on collaborating with our consulting partners to provide best in class solutions and services that help our corporate legal and claims department clients achieve their business objectives,” said Jonah Paransky, Executive Vice President and General Manager at Wolters Kluwer ELM Solutions. “We have enhanced our exclusive training and certification program to give our partners additional resources that will help us better serve customers together.”

The ELM Solutions Consulting Partner Certification Program covers a wide range of implementation practices, solutions and specialized roles. The program will support our consulting partners’ efforts to implement our products and will provide a consistent and expert level of service to our clients. The program offers individual role-based certifications to demonstrate competence in specific technical roles at various levels. Overall Implementation Certifications will be given to companies that have reached the most advanced role-based certifications and have scoped and implemented our products, thereby indicating that a consulting partner has the skilled resources required to support implementation of a Wolters Kluwer Enterprise Legal Management solution such as, Passport® or TyMetrix® 360°.

“As a longtime partner of Wolters Kluwer, we are excited about the comprehensive new certification program,” said Robin Snasdell, Managing Director of Consilio. “This training program shows an understanding of our needs and provides just the framework we needed to expand our collaboration. Our team looks forward to earning certifications that will help us deliver exceptional customer service as we assess customer needs and implement Wolters Kluwer’s Enterprise Legal Management solutions.”
