Walgreens Boots Alliance Declares Quarterly Dividend

DEERFIELD, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Walgreens Boots Alliance, Inc. (Nasdaq: WBA) today announced that its board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of 45.75 cents per share, unchanged from the previous quarter and an increase of 4 percent from the year-ago quarter. The dividend is payable June 12, 2020, to stockholders of record as of May 20, 2020.

Walgreens Boots Alliance and its predecessor company, Walgreen Co., have paid a dividend in 350 straight quarters (more than 87 years) and have raised the dividend for 44 consecutive years.
