Change in Location of the Annual Meeting of Shareholders

Meeting Access: Through videoconference or telephone call-in

Due to the emerging public health impact of the coronavirus outbreak (COVID-19) and to support the health and well-being of our employees, shareholders, and our community, please note that the location of the 2020 Annual Meeting of Shareholders has been changed and will be held via videoconference or telephone call-in format only.

You will not be able to attend the Annual Meeting in person.

To participate in the video portion of the meeting, you must either be an active Microsoft Teams user with the Teams app installed on your device or be able to access the internet through the use of Edge, Chrome or Firefox web browsers. All others will be required to call-in. Those calling in may request a copy of the presentation by emailing [e-mail].

All shareholders are requested to vote through the Legal Proxy document that was mailed with the annual report. Verbal or electronic voting will not be allowed during the shareholders meeting.
